Hey, I'm Mark.
I spent 12+ years inside a global managed-cloud provider and was promoted through four roles. I started on the 3rd-shift Linux team and finished as a Cloud Engineer, building infrastructure as code, security monitoring and automation across dozens of enterprise AWS accounts.

- ▸Built a 20-account CI/CD health dashboard that eliminated per-account logins and cut failure triage time.
- ▸Automated audits with Step Functions and Lambda: expiring runtimes org-wide and orphaned storage that wasted money.
- ▸Migrated on-prem workloads to AWS, wrote the architecture docs, and handled on-call incident response.
